What's to decipher? The meaning is made clear by the context. And with incrediably little effort.......or so I've been told. 
Nah, I'll let you wear the mantle of the hero. Odd that you'd ask others if things are mundane -- and then take the effort to actively participate in this thread. I dunno -- it's possible that someone is taking a break after a long day of getting two new school building construction projects ready to submit to the state government for approval. I say that it's possible. But the interpretation will have to be derived from the context of the statement.

BTW -- It's time to withdraw (once again) from this game of checkers for a few hours. I have dishes to wash.
