when we speak the language we don't speak it perfectly, why should the writing be any different. if this were a job application it would prob be the best i could do. when speaking we say your,which is only given context by the words around it. we dont say you comma re.  we say its or its..both the same with diff meanings. according to some here, we should say it is....
