Everyone take a deep breath and repeat after me... "Insufficient data at this time for final analysis." Why don't we wait a bit and see what is finally offered? You may find that all (or almost all) our concerns have been considered and addressed. Or you may find that it is as bad as you seem to want to believe, in which case CL's sales will indeed plummet and they will remove the protection aspects shortly after and you can get it then....
