Looks like the reflection map is enable under the render materials. I had this problem before, where it looks great untill you render. The solution is to set the reflection map to None. Poser uses a different type of reflection map then other programs; Poser reflects from a spere surrounding the space where the object is intead of mapping from the surface of the object which other programs use.
