Hey Softshot, if this is happening on all models loaded into a scene it may be a corrupted preferences file.

In Poser 4, try and delete the preset pref's file and the Poser.ini file. Go to Poser 4 (or 5)> Runtime > prefs and delete the Poser.ini (Poser Prefs on a Mac), Poser UI (your monitor's resolution).xml, and Library Prefs.xml files and relaunch Poser. Only delete the files not the folders. I have a feeling this will get you going again. If it doesn't, let me know.
