Ok..After you click the "M" button..

Procede as if you are going to load a picture

 Press the "p" button and then the one right above it..That will open the picture lab

Then select the texture you want..

THEN, under the first box it says "Copy"..

Press "Copy" and then go to your Photoshop and "Paste"..

It took me a few tries to figure out the combination but it really does work..Still problems, let me know...:)
