But if you use a credit card you don't have to pay the money till the bill shows up after poser ships. An "authorization" never shows up on your bill till it's been charged. We/the banks just check that you actually have the money/credit at the time and it gives us a unique transaction number (since we like most don't store your CC #) to charge when the product does ship.
You may not have to pay that on your bill, but it still comes off the top of your available balance. So you effectively lose that bit of fluidity.
Still results in the same corporate scam on the part of the credit card companies.
