I'm a little unclear what you are trying to do, but if I understand correctly:

First set the camera where you want it to be for frame 1. then move the scrubber on your animation controller to frame 60. Now set up the camera where you want it to be at the end of your animation. Poser should automatically keyframe the camera on that frame, but to be sure you can hit the '+' button on the animation controller. Now Poser should automatically animate the camera moving from the frame 1 position to the frame 60 position over the course of those 60 frames.

If over the course of making your animation, you moved the camera around while on different frames you may have created some unwanted camera moves. You can get rid of these by opening your animation pallette, finding your camera in the element list and dragging your cursor over any green (or orange) keyframe boxes from frame 2 to 59 that appear to the right of your camera listing. Those unwanted keyframes will be selected and you can hit your 'delete' key to get rid of them.

Hope this answers your question.
