I installed it last night, and hosed up my computer for a while, but it was a dumb mistake I made, not the fault of the system or the software. You should definitely set a restore point, just in case; I did, and it saved me much hassle. My bonehead move made it so that IE wouldn't run at all, which left me pretty helpless; doing a system restore made everything right as rain, then I did the install a second time, and it worked great.

Haven't had any trouble with using it. I was worried about whether I would like the tabbed browsing, but it's not too bad, and I can still open new windows if I want to. The ClearType feature is very nice, IMO, I think it really improves the readability of most web pages.
