Windows menu bar ?

Which one is this? The Windows OS Toolbar at the bottom of your monitor?

Or Bryce's text menu bar at the top of Bryce's GUI? Which is now stationary in B6.0 (that one is probably staying as the 5.0 & 5.5 autohide feature was really screwing with peoples' computers.
