peab, there once was an OT forum here, but it was removed due to political and religious strife. they currently seem to allow OT messages here, provided they're relatively innocuous and unlikely to offend anybody. however, there have been periods when they've clamped down on OT messages here, leading to complaints of selective enforcement et al.

mainly when people start throwing mixed metaphors, dangling participles, and hanging chads at each other..;) As long as people play nice, it's usually not a problem.

So THAT's where that chad came from that I found in my hair the other day! Thought it fell off the ceiling....lol

As soon as the new electronic black boxes are installed you'll have no more problems with chads

Over TIme.  At least that's what it stands for in (American ) football.
When the game is tied at the end of regulation, they add another
quarter. The first team to score wins.  If no one score at the end
of 15 minutes then is goes down as a tie.  Hope this helps.
