I don't have a Mac, so I don't know much about these programs, but you might give them a look-see:
Depending on the size of the archive, you might be able to send the file to a Windows user who could un-zip it, then re-archive it, perhaps in a SIT or RAR format that you might be able to use. I'm (reasonably) sure that's legal, as long as the person receiving the file deleted the files and doesn't attempt to install them.
