Just a tip, consider which library items you use most.  I just created a new folder in several libraries (most importantly in Pose) that sits at the top that I copied my most used folders into.  I tend to use figures, hair, textures, etc., far less often than pose folders so this makes sense for me.  I mention this because "most used" doesn't really fit into a lot of categorization schemes (sort by type, sort by figure, whatever).
