Don't know if it counts for anything but I just spoke to Glenn at Right Hemisphere and he told me that yes, they do in fact go through another company to do the software lock, and that they have not had a problem with warez people cracking their programs now. I have said that if I can get some kind of assurance that I will be able to use the upgrade from CL if they go under, (i.e. a patch to unlock the program so I can continue to use it if they are gone), then I will probably upgrade it.
