"Wow! We had anticipated a flood of visits, but not this tsunami! Despite multiplying by 5 our server power in preparation of the pre-release, our servers are currently completely saturated with connections. We are doing our very best to resolve this situation, but the level of traffic is simply daunting...

Some people seem to think that if their first 25 orders of the free upgrade were not accepted, maybe the 26th will be. That's not going to happen, but it's killing our servers a little more each time... Please help us by not placing multiple orders of the free upgrade.
