under Fileimport3ds browse to where the 3ds file is.... ijmport into poser.... set the scale at 100% figure scale to start with.... some 3ds files are very huge unscaled and will show up only as a vague shadow... some are scaled so small.. that you can barely see them.. setting the initial import to 100% will make the prop the same size as the default figure... you can rescale from there.. then save it into your prop directory. after any parenting etc...
