You would be better off in the long run by biting the learning curve bullet and learning some Hexagon. Yes, modeling is possible in Bryce, but for later export and use in Poser, you would really need to use nothing but primitives, which is going to have a real non-organic look to it.
(Of course, I am the last person on the planet to give "use something other than Bryce" advice)
