I bought my CDs from AsileFX's site.  They offer download versions too, so except for large files (they split it into 3 200+MB files) you can watch them today!  Their bandwidth is OK - I have a cable modem and can download the files in about 15 to 20 minutes each.  Not speedy, but not crawling slow either.
