I, too, am a big fan of Peggy's, though no relation to her;-)
My experience with the AisleFX CD's has been pretty bad, but I was looking to learn more than just beginner stuff. They sell advanced CD's which I purchased, and IMO were not very professional in either the advanced level, preparation, nor delivery. I usually don't care too much about some 'er's and 'ums', nor even a lot of boring redo's, but I have to say the overall bang for the buck was sorely lacking.
I made multiple attempts to contact them with only them ever answering my first email with a 'tough luck' answer. Once again, very unprofessional IMO.
I imagine the beginner CD's might help some newbies, but to me, the person doing the training himself was not all that well versed in the program. I suppose if one has money to burn, they can be of value in getting you up to a basic level of competence fairly quickly.
