For interest, the top image is one of those in the Carrara sample light settings for HDRI.

The bottom image is putting a simple left, right and top softbox light setting and rendering at the Carrara default render settings.

(ps the tiles dirtyness is actually in the Carrara original--just dont show up as much!)
