1. Open the animation palette.

2.) Make sure you are at Frame 1.

3. Click in the box that says how many frames are in your scene.

4)  Change that number to 1.

5.) Click OK to delete some frames.

6.)  Stay with one frame, or click in that box again to add new, blank, frames.
