The wonderful thing about Poser is it will import and export BVH files. There are tons of free bvh files on the net, some will work with your Poser figure.
NOW, if your are willing to pay :) Others make bvh just for Poser. The one nice thing about bvh is that M3 and the freak use the same rig. So a bvh will work for both.
