Duane Moody once informed me in a letter that one of the reasons for Viktoria I's odd looks, was because that while she was fashioned after Victoria Secret models (hence the name), each aspect of her was stylized after a different model, thus creating a mish-mash features.  Or at least that was the rumor at the time.
