Okay.... so this means that if you are banned, then you have to contact admin@renderosity to get a previous purchase in case you have a crash or something? And then it depends on if the vendor still has that product in their store or not? And that one I'm asking also because I'm now curious as to how the products I used to have here are effected now. Somehow, I don't think you guys have the zips stored someplace for people to be able to retrieve them should they need to.
