Hey now this sounds workable. Have a person looksee and if they positively, absolutely cannot decide if the character in question is of age or not, simply send an IM to the artist telling them the age is difficult to decide and would they please remove it or fix it. The warnings and bannings could come if the artist shows themselves to be one who just wants to "see what they can get away with" and repeatedly posts images of that particular type. But for an artist who has been here for ages and has upteem million images that have never violated anything in the TOS..... a simple request sans the warnings should suffice and most probably not offend near as much.
