Strange, no troubles with displacements so far, no matter how wild I go with them. Using SSS the program shuts down at the moment, without any messages, when I hit the render button.

Seems it more my computer (well I currently run it on my laptop 2,8 P4 one gig RAM) than the program itself :-).

Anyway I’m sure they will fix a lot of known issues till the final version is released.

 

Thanks for the info about the update, as said I have the program since Friday, not sure if the update already is included, I’ll download it anyway and I will see – thanks.
