My last guitar collection was nine guitars (Ramirez classical, another Ibanez Steve Vai Jem, Les Paul, Fender YJM Strat, and assorted others), but financial problems caused me to sell them.  A new house, a second-mortgage (an interest-pay only and still going five years later), etc. and so on.  Things are getting better now, but I still purchase with some trepidation and try to use cash when possible to avoid credit cards.

C makes it easy to shoot yourself in the foot. C++ makes it harder, but when you do, you blow your whole leg off.
