Something like a 25/30% discount on a purchase of $30 would have been better, even useful. As for spending $30 for the extreme off chance of winning $10, not worth it.
yes that is more "fair" in my eye's too, and no must end on XX for winning .
Lucky for me im not the only one here who think this way ....
