to uninstall. use the add/remove programs option. this wiil remove ie7 and roll bakc ot nay previous version of the IE you have. 

I hope that the E-Fronteirs website works with IE7 soon.
I have been useing IE7 for a whle and really like some bits but get annoyed with its security paranoia.
