I tried the add/remove deal, and it did not show up on the list.  It works for most programs, but not IE7.  It's apparently a hidden folder which I noticed prior to reformatting and no uninstall file.

I reformat my drive at least once a year to get rid of all the crap, or when a program just doesn't want to function properly and uninstalling/reinstalling doesn't help.
