Weird. I was using Win2000 for a while and I didn't notice any problems. I know a lot of people are using Win2k like Steve Shanks for one. I've never heard anyone complain about this problem. Maybe it was the way Win2k was set-up? Ay least you found the source of the problem. ScottA
