Free ones are, I'm afraid. I've got a pretty nice set that I bought from DAZ; I think that set lists for about sixty dollars, plus about twenty for the nice textures. You might give the Mystic Nights search engine; it's awfully thorough. Also, there's a nice collection of free model sites that you could sift through at 3D Links; you might find something there, too.
