So far the only free clothing item I've found for BJD is the Billowy dress by Sesui. Click on Gallery(Download) and then just choose Poser Download and you'll find the page with goodies :)

I'm keeping my fingers crossed for Wardrobe Wizard compatibility so I can convert my Aiko stuff to her.
