David Niven never played Bond!  You're thinking of the Pink Pnather.  *[ On Her Majesty's Secret Service](http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/On_Her_Majesty%27s_Secret_Service_%28film%29 "On Her Majesty's Secret Service (film)")* was that unknown Joker (George Lazenby), who made a once only appearance as Bond, and subsequently disappeared from living memory.  The critics almost unanimously said that he filled the roll of Bond the same way that cement fills a hole.

I still say that if efrontier has to have a Bond character, then they should at LEAST style it after the One & Only Sean Connery.  When I hear the name Bond, he's the one I automatically think of, not The Saint (Roger Moore), not Timothy Dalton, and not Remington Steele (Pierce Brosnan).

Aw well, age is slowly creeping up on me.
