despite her off-proportions she still looks like 12-14 to me - and btw. I am a big manga and anime fan myself - so I am quite familiar with this art style.
Perhabs if the whole picture would be mange style, or would be part of a manga scene/context then it would adjust a bit more, but she still would look awefully young. I am no expert in hentai, but afaik most of them don't depict minors- could be wrong tough.
