well, they said why they didn't ban him. it wasn't for copyright reasons. but apparently they can't talk about it, to protect his privacy. like if somebody said something about him, it wouldn't be fair to him, as he ain't here no more to refute what they might say. but these snafus have erupted here since day one, when willow was in charge. it's merely a sign that folks care about this site IMVHO.
