In the 3ds Max sense, in which one character animation system is called Biped, no, Poser uses a completely different skeleton system. It seems pretty unlikely to me that everyone suddenly got their crap together and made Poser integrate with 3ds Max better, personally I am surprised there is not a Biped version of all the popular figures.
