Quote - OK, I have some more info here.  I can pose the character just fine when I turn the dials.  The problem is in the setup portion.  When I click on the setup tab I get a pop-up that says:

This figure contains morph targets.  Regrouping operations performed  in setup mode could cause some morph targets to become unuseable.

Do I have my morphs in the wrong in the directory or something?  Sorry guys. 

You don't need to use the Setup room to do what your trying to do.
Just stick to the Pose and Material rooms until you get the hang of the basics.
