Okay; if it's for a "front page" kind of image, one idea would be to do a series of renders of different women, then use some script on the page to automatically load the images in a never ending sequence, creating a kind of animation.

If you want to go with a humourous touch, you could do an image of one or more women easily accomplishing some task while a man nearby performs a similar task, but not nearly so well.
