Be care of what you wish for...you just might get it.

 

In other words...save the cart-wheels until after you find out who the new tenant is.

 

They could be worse.(Instant Karma can really suck...lol)

 

It is not my intent to be a wet blanket so please don't take it that way.

I had a similar experience with a next door neighbor, and was delighted when the news came that they were moving out. But after a week of "The Replacements", I would have paid the first months rent of the old neighbors in order to have them back.

 

Remember...no matter how bad things are...they can always get worse.

 

And just to show that I'm not a pessimist, I also believe that... "No matter how good things are, they can always get better.

 

It is my hope that your new neighbors are among the best you have ever had.
