I had a similar experience with a next door neighbor, and was delighted when the news came that they were moving out. But after a week of "The Replacements", I would have paid the first months rent of the old neighbors in order to have them back.

LOL, I've thought of that.  But in the meantime I'm looking forward to one night of uninterrupted sleep! I don't know what the future has to bring by way of new neighbours, but I'm going to relish it while I can :)  I'll deal with tomorrow when it comes.
