Note that Gazukull brought over a link for a pose file that unlocks the scaling, I have it and it works pretty well as far as I can tell:

So while there are morphforms that allow gross resizing of hands and feet, you can also further change shape and size of all the body parts on an individual basis with that pose file. And the morphforms are pretty clean and easy to use, I like that change a lot.
