I would recommend waiting until the final release of Vue is out.  Using the Poser in association with what is essentially a reworked Beta version is not a cause for alarm.  I think what E-On is doing is using the customers as freelance Beta testers.  Best thing to do is to try all avenues of approach, document what works and what fails, where it fails and what all you included in the render.  Bump this info up to the E-On team so they can have it all polished and shiney by the time they release the final product.  That way I get to avoid all the trials and tribulations you had to go through.
