That's what I'm discovering too Pak.  Coming out to the twin cities has been a huge boost for me professionally, with a lot of positives.  I had been so beaten down that I was worthless just by my previous job situation, because it was a dead end job with no chance of promotion.  When I had to move, I was shocked at the fast and serious attention I got from Management level positions and companies.  One of the most uplifting experiences... till the witch got a house dropped on him.
