Well I think at this point after page 20 of saying pretty much the same thing over and over again I will bow out and let you all continue to discuss if you wish.  

There are thousands of members that upload to the gallery everyday and adhere to the guidelines that they agreed to, so it really can be done..  Whether or not a member chooses to adhere to the guidelines is their decision.
