In your 'past' dealings with ebot issues, have you seen instances where someone would be getting 'some' ebots from favorite artist lists but not all? Or, has your experiences been a member usually either gets 'all' or 'none' regarding ebots? In such past instances, what have you and your staff found to be the problems at that time?
