my answer:

• First event - warning by email and/or IM.
• Second event - Forum Suspension for 1 or 7 days or Temporary Community ban for 3 or 7 days.
• Third event - Membership revoked, and access to the community permanently blocked. This includes any duplicate accounts for the same person. Renderosity considers this information private and confidential. However, there may be certain situations that necessitate otherwise.

One, two three you're out.  It's clear but...let's say you posted something stupid when you joined in 2003....in 2004 unintentional, 2006 unintentional different from your last one oopsy....uh oh...damn you're gone.  Although I know the mods have allowed foul balls and members were allowed 4 times...but still the same type of situation can occurr.  I believe in the TOS (still muddy) but there need to be some type of statue of limitations...someone posting something that is malicious or can't be mistaken as violating the TOS...yes give them the big rubber boot.  A nekkid picture of the Girl, then a nekkid picture of Aiko, then a picture of Aiko or the Girl in something sheer...

It's like giving a jay walker the same sentence as the armed robber.  Yes, they both broke the law...but I'll be damned if it's my third offense for jay walking and I'm sitting in a cell with Big (and I don't mean height) Smiling Jim for the next 20 years because I'm a repeat offender.
