Actually you can't. Well you can if you haven't closed Poser on the current faceroom work.  Once you've made a face and saved the figure as a PZ3 and left Poser, you can no longer modify the face in the faceroom again.

Well I should say that I haven't been able to take Sydney back into the faceroom from a saved PZ3 after I've closed Poser and the PZ3 file. Reopening a PZ3 of a character who's been faceroom modified results in the error message that you're trying to take an unsupported character into the faceroom. At least that's been my experience to date in Poser 7 with Sydney.
