Are you using external runtimes?  If so, you need to add them to the P7 library.  When you click on the triangle that's to add a new collection category.  I'm using that right now to build collections of the characters, hair, props and lights I use most often so that I can access them quickly.  They don't have to be in the same runtime which is a great feature since my external runtimes are broken up by a lot of different things.

no external runtimes......the library shows all the folders....figures, props and so on....and only shows folders in the library thing. in 6 when you clicked on the triangle you got  a text listing you could scroll thru. now with 7 only get folder views.....have to scroll thru all folders instead of the pull down thing.

Poser 7 doesn't seem to like big runtimes... I'd suggest to report that to EF so they are going to fix it...
