I'm not familiar with AOL these days, but if Rendo is blacklisted as a spammer (just an assumption) this could be your problem.  Is there any way for you to check if Rendo is on your blocked senders list?  If it is, you need to set it as allowed.  Perhaps AOL customer support can help.
